Ciarrai Conlan, Head of Media and External Communications at the Department of Finance, was today announced as the new chair of the Northern Ireland Public Sector Communications Forum. Ciarrai will bring her fifteen years’ experience in communications to the Forum which aims to build skills, establish partnerships and support public sector communications.
